Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Present menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes and healthy options
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties including table setup and sanitization
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Positive attitude with commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency preferred
