Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next service.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
