FERRO UBUD is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic front-of-house team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay with us. In this role, you will interact directly with guests, guiding them through our menu and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning the dining area and restocking supplies.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and process payments.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak English fluently.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
