Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional table service including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Present menus, explain specials, and make personalized recommendations
- Monitor table cleanliness and ensure timely clearing/resetting between guests
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for efficient order fulfillment
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in all service areas
- Contribute to team briefings and service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality service experience preferred
