Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Ensure dining areas maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
