Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
- Clean tables and reset them for the next guests to ensure a seamless flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
