Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive customer care
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and stations
- Handle payments and POS transactions efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of professional waiting experience
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Strong work ethic with positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Immediate availability to start
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
