Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and explain daily specials, appetizers, and drinks to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Upsell menu items and handle guest inquiries or special requests with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
