Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a timely and friendly manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on offerings, and identify potential food allergies.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Deliver checks and process guest payments accurately while ensuring a final positive impression.
- Upsell additional products or special promotions to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
- Strictly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food handling.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and lift service trays.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating change.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or tourism is a significant advantage.
