Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their visit.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide insightful recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure they are communicated correctly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
