- Welcoming guests to the restaurant and providing a warm, friendly greeting to set a positive tone for their dining experience.
- Presenting menus and answering questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and menu items to assist guests with their selections.
- Accurately taking and recording food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including wiping tables, setting up condiments, and resetting chairs between seatings.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Upselling menu items and promoting daily specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry light loads for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable due to the international nature of tourism in Bali.
