Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food presentation, and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of dining supplies
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Uphold company standards for food safety and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Positive attitude with genuine customer service orientation
- Physical stamina to stand and move continuously during shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
