Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in all dining venues
- Execute flawless table service including order taking, food presentation, and payment processing
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across all dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Contribute to daily operations including mise en place and closing duties
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic food safety and sanitation certifications
- Fluent in English with additional language skills preferred
