- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about ingredients, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain high standards of service by ensuring timely delivery of meals and attending to guest needs throughout their stay.
- Efficiently handle billing and payments using the hotel's POS system.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, ensuring tables are reset promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow during peak and off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to dining room service.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; formal hospitality training is a plus.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
