Our restaurant is a popular destination for both locals and visitors, offering a diverse menu featuring premium butadon (beef bowl) and other Japanese delicacies. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating positive impressions and maintaining our high standards of service.
We offer a competitive salary package of Rp 2,300,000 – Rp 2,400,000 per month for our contract positions, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant revenue
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in basic English communication is an advantage
