- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
- Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring presentation standards are met at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including resetting tables promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Fluency in English is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
