- Greet and seat guests promptly while managing reservation systems
- Take precise food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
