- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders
- Deliver exceptional table service maintaining quality standards
- Manage table cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout dining experience
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food/beverage offerings and allergens
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
