As a Waiter/Waitress at Bartolo, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for someone who can effortlessly blend warmth, speed, and professionalism to make our local and international guests feel at home. From recommending artisanal cocktails to explaining our European-inspired culinary creations, your presence will define the atmosphere of our vibrant bistro. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on food, wine, and cocktail selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure food and drinks are served timely and beautifully.
- Deliver exceptional, proactive customer service, addressing guest requests and resolving concerns with grace.
- Maintain immaculate table settings and section cleanliness throughout the service shift.
- Process billing transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as wait staff in a high-volume restaurant, beach club, or boutique bistro.
- Strong spoken English communication skills to confidently interact with an international clientele.
- Warm, energetic, and professional personality with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with modern POS restaurant software.
- Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and European cuisine is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
