Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service, greeting guests and presenting menus with detailed knowledge of dishes
- Accurately process food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Manage table assignments and optimize seating efficiency during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and proper table settings
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with team to maintain smooth restaurant operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or premium restaurant service
- Strong knowledge of Sundanese cuisine and seafood preparation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety and hygiene certification
- Proficiency in order processing systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
