Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, personalized service to all guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the POS system.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and ingredient information.
- Ensure the dining area is set, clean, and organized according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in general pre-opening operational tasks and team training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer-facing role in the F&B industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A warm, welcoming demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- A clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work well within a diverse, collaborative team environment.
- Passion for coffee and culinary arts is considered a strong advantage.
