Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table service to all guests.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant floor to meet company cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across all service areas in compliance with health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed appearance and strong personal hygiene standards.
- Basic command of English is a plus for international guest interaction.
