Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food/beverages
- Operate POS system and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and proper table setup/turnover between guests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment and special requests
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or cashier role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for order processing and transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended standing and walking
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset
