Join the vibrant team at Sumak Turkish Cuisine in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Waiter/Waitress, Cashier, or Host, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
We pride ourselves on authentic Turkish hospitality and delicious food. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring service standards are met, and assisting with daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and managing cash drawers accurately.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist with reservation management and host duties as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cashier duties.
- Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
