Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about ingredients, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Committed to a 1-year contract term.
