Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
