As a Daily Worker, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, interacting directly with customers and maintaining the flow of service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and the service area.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining stations for daily operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light trays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and alcohol laws.
- Flexibility to work daily shifts as required by the outlet.
- Must be presentable and well-groomed according to company standards.
