Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Accurately record guest orders and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare and present accurate guest checks and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Good command of spoken English is highly desirable to serve international guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining high standards of personal presentation.
