- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special dietary requirements
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to guests' tables
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of dining areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
