Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and meet hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timing
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
