Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional service to guests, taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Present menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and cleaning the dining area
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
