Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to restaurant patrons, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Set up and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and service stations
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
