Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food/drink delivery, and guest check-ins
- Master menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean dining areas, service stations, and restrooms to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive experiences
- Support opening/closing duties including setup, restocking, and deep cleaning
Kualifikasi
- Previous waiter/waitress experience in F&B establishment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced dining environment
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
