Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus to provide accurate recommendations.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and manage payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding working shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with dining service.
