Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including coffee profiles and food pairing recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, stations, and condiment counters.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-first attitude.
- Able to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, energetic, and able to work well under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
