Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and provide professional table service.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu to provide accurate recommendations and upsell items.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by company policy.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system while maintaining strict cash handling protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality role is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in basic English communication is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude toward work.
