Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage selections.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure the dining area is consistently clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in F&B is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a bonus).
- Ability to work well within a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat appearance and a professional attitude towards work.
