- Provide exceptional table service by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our menu, wine list, and cocktail offerings.
- Greet guests warmly and facilitate the seating process with a professional and inviting demeanor.
- Efficiently take food and drink orders while providing expert recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with grace and professionalism.
- Process payments and settle bills accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Uphold the restaurant's high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a fine-dining or premium steakhouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
- A genuine passion for food, beverages, and the art of hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Exceptional grooming standards and a professional, approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior knowledge of POS systems and basic table service etiquette.
