Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all restaurant guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
