- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the cafe.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverages, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate orders and process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and timely food delivery.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
