Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized guest interactions
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system while maintaining order accuracy
- Ensure impeccable table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout service hours
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve service issues proactively
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash transactions with precision
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and organized dining environment
- Actively participate in pre-service briefings and ongoing training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or lounge environments preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen awareness
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
