Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food/beverage offerings
- Accurately take and relay customer orders to kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor tables and proactively address guest needs throughout dining experience
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
