Medikasih is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team in Jakarta Timur. As a Waiter at Medikasih, you will be the face of our service team, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and well-attended. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards, managing table flow, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients to assist with guest inquiries.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and properly set up at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a waiter, server, or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Must possess high integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
