Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including daily specials.
- Execute order-taking accurately and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to meet health and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A warm, welcoming, and professional personality with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
