Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and process them promptly through the POS system.
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including side-work duties and pre-shift setups.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A positive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong physical stamina to handle long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
