Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including restocking and sanitization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service flow
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and walking
- Local knowledge of Pujut/Nusa Tenggara area advantageous
