- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner and check for customer satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Assist with food preparation and side work as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
