Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the POS system.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our Italian menu to provide confident recommendations and answer dietary inquiries.
- Execute proper table settings, side-work, and general cleanliness of the dining area to maintain our high standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and manage special requests.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately and professionally.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and a positive mindset.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is highly preferred, though motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
- A cheerful, welcoming, and professional personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong physical stamina to handle long shifts and a fast-paced floor environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage given our diverse clientele.
