As a key member of our floor team, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our food and cocktail menu to provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area according to health and safety regulations.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen staff and bar team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in opening and closing duties to maintain the pub's aesthetics and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a significant advantage.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a high-volume gastropub setting.
- Strong work ethic and a flexible schedule, including availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
