Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer detailed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of table service, ensuring water, cutlery, and condiments are always replenished.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support opening and closing duties as required by the service team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a waiter/waitress role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Strong command of spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
