Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer detailed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of table service, ensuring water, cutlery, and condiments are always replenished.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support opening and closing duties as required by the service team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a waiter/waitress role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
  • Strong command of spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
